RICH
THOMAS
COPELAND
I write and sing songs with flavors of Rock, Country, Blues and Gospel. I grew up learning to play piano and sing in a family of accomplished church musicians. I attended Belmont University in Nashville and have enjoyed some great opportunities to work in the Country and Contemporary Christian Music spheres. I have worked extensively as a studio vocalist and stage performer, a church music director, and a private vocal coach. I also founded the Miami Worship Choir and served as Producing Artistic Director for several years.
I don't exclusively write "Christian Music," but my experiences and my questions about the nature of God undoubtedly influence my worldview and often my song lyrics.
That said, I befriend people with all different faith perspectives, and I welcome invitations to work with anyone and everyone. I find the most successful collaborations are the ones that require artists to consider new ideas.
Rich Thomas:* Side A is a compilation album of some of my songs from past projects. Please have a listen, and if you like something, you may download it for free (or pay what you like) for your own personal listening enjoyment. For any other use, please contact me.
*In 2019, I began using my full name, Rich Thomas Copeland, on all creative projects. Previously, I released music as Rich Copeland and as Rich Thomas.

Let's be friends
I'm always looking for new friends and collaborators. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
